It was believed that there were no explosion-proof clean equipment available. Issues: 1. There is a risk of foreign matter contamination during container filling. 2. There is no air conditioning in the factory, and it is not possible to work with the windows closed. 3. There are many pipes around the areas that need to be enclosed, such as the filling line, steam piping, and air piping. 4. If enclosed, the indoor air conditioning environment must be taken into consideration.

Installed an air supply unit with a HEPA filter in the ceiling! Introducing our clean booth construction achievements.

We received an inquiry from a customer at a printing company stating that "fine dust has entered the laminating machine, resulting in defective products." The environment was filled with paper dust due to the many printing machines nearby. We proposed a "clean booth" since it was sufficient to only clean the laminating area. We installed an air supply unit with a HEPA filter in the ceiling, and all four side panels were designed to be curtain-operated for maintenance considerations. The results were nearly at Class 1,000 levels, significantly improving the likelihood of dust entering during the laminating process, and the customer was satisfied. The "MCB06-202020T6" is a clean booth with automatic airflow control that allows for the replacement of the HEPA filter from the bottom of the filter unit. With the built-in cleanliness monitor, the cleanliness level inside the booth can be automatically controlled to correspond to ISO Class 5 to 8.5.
